Redux time again! Gail refreshes our basic primer on dialing in a grinder – tips, techniques and things to keep in mind when calibrating your grind for your espresso machine. While we used the Nuova Simonelli Grinta and Oscar for the video, this approach can be applied to any setup.

On Sunday, February 5th, we’re moving COFFEE GEEKS FREE ESPRESSO to the CIE Cube (Engesserstr. 9 on KIT campus, in front of Gerthsen Hoersaal) not more than 5min walking distance from our window. This is due to the low temperature of around minus 10 degrees Celcius. We don’t want you guys to freeze to the sidewalk We will be there serving fresh coffee to you from 2-5pm. Come on over everybody!!!
