Just Love's Costa Rican is what I call an American Roast: Medium Body and clean finish, nothing harsh. Some roasters call it a “breakfast blend.” The taste is puposefully bland but not average. Hints of cinnimon and nutmeg make this anything but a normal medium roast. I could drink a whole pot of Costa Rican and still be ready for more. Overall, a clean drinkablity dominates.

Just Love – Love Potion #3 Espresso

Just Love Roasters call their espresso Love Potion #3. It is a proprietary blend of Nicaraguan, Rwandan and Tanzanian beans. Kim, the barrista with the mosta, has created a smooth but direct espresso blend. The creme is rich and thick. The finish is strong but subtle: tones of citrus balanced with a barley flavor. Unlike most espresso that has a sharp aftertaste, Love Potion goes down like an expensive single malt scotch. A double shot has better results than two cans of Red Bull.
